About Tim

I grew up in inner-city Cleveland, where money was always tight and nothing was guaranteed.
My parents did everything they could to keep food on the table, but it often meant borrowing from friends or relatives just to get by. My dad worked his full-time job and took on side work, yet he was never a high earner. Starting around age 11, I went with him on those side jobs—places I never wanted to be, doing work I didn’t always understand at the time. Looking back, those long days taught me more about life than I realized then: responsibility, sacrifice, and what it truly means to show up when you’re tired and would rather be somewhere else. Watching my parents struggle left a deep impression on me and planted a quiet determination that I wanted something different for my future family.
From a young age, sports became my proving ground.
They taught me discipline, consistency, and the reality that nothing worthwhile comes easy. I learned how to rely on others, how to lead when things were tough, and how to persevere when the odds weren’t in my favor. My coaches shaped me more than they’ll ever know, reinforcing the belief that effort matters more than talent. The quote “hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard” isn’t just a saying to me—it’s been a guiding truth throughout my life.

Growing up as the only boy with three sisters also shaped who I am today. They taught me compassion, respect, and how to truly listen. They showed me how to be a better man—how to treat my wife, how to protect and care for the people you love, and how to see the world from a perspective different than my own. My dad wasn’t always the father figure I needed, and at times I had to step into that role for my sisters. That responsibility forced me to grow up quickly and taught me that leadership often comes without a title.
Family has always been at the center of my vision for life.
Ever since I was a young boy, I knew I wanted to be married and have children. I wanted to be present. I wanted to be an influence in their lives. Most of all, I wanted to be a better father than the example I had growing up. Today, I’m blessed to be married and to have three amazing children. Building memories, traveling together, and truly enjoying life as a family is what success looks like to me. And one day, I can’t wait to be a grandfather—continuing that legacy and enjoying life with my beautiful family.
I’ve always believed that you can’t reach your potential without taking risks.
Playing it safe may feel comfortable, but growth lives on the other side of discomfort. I’ve been willing to bet on myself, go all in, and take chances—knowing that progress requires effort, courage, and sometimes a little help along the way. I learned early that hard work opens doors, but persistence keeps them open.

Today, I love what I do as a financial advisor, and I’m incredibly grateful to be in a position where I can give back—to our team, our client family, and our community. I’ve found direction and purpose in helping others build meaningful lives. My mission is to mentor those around me to become better humans, better stewards, and to truly LYBL—Live Your Best Life. Life is short. Tomorrow isn’t promised. We are the authors of our own story. Money is earned—but wealth is engineered.
